Product Details

Our luxuriously soft beach towels are made from brushed microfiber with a 100% cotton back for extra absorption.   The top of the towel has the image printed on it, and the back is white cotton.   Our beach towels are available in two different sizes: beach towel (32" x 64") and beach sheet (37" x 74").

Don't let the fancy name confuse you... a beach sheet is just a large beach towel.

Artist's Description

This piece is a crude moveable street, surreo expressionistic pop industrial hyper-cartoon-animated rendition of The Last Of The Merovingian Churches.
This period in arhitecture followed the Roman as the 1st Step towards newer art and architecture.
This was part of the early Lighter-Than-Dark-Ages in art that may have been underestimated.
The Merovingian style embued this building with a certain power, that seems to fit right into the devlopment of this architecture.

About Kevin OBrien

Kevin OBrien

Born in 50's, first interested in ancient cultures, ancient migrations, archaeology Influenced by Van Gogh (and Abstract Expressionism), Klee, Dubuffet, surrealism, dada, pop art, Rauschenberg, jimi hendrix and high-energy jazz (e.g., Coltrane). I try to use materials which I consider to represent the basic building blocks of industrial culture, and incorporate them into my paintings. I use high-energy in my paintings to represent life's real energy. In my three dimensional work, I try to use my own crude carpentry to build the infrastructure. Concept is important, but for me, the work must also show the hand of the artist. I disdain the slick and polished in favor of my own primitive techniques which I have developed over the last 40+...
